Traverse Free keeps the core outliner useful without limiting the size of your library. Create, import, and edit as many library outlines as you need. Traverse Pro adds reusable starting points and the more advanced ways of structuring, filtering, and generating outlines.

- Filter by task state, type, marks, custom checkboxes, and lookup values.
- Use Focus mode.
What happens if Pro is not active
Traverse keeps your work accessible rather than hiding it. Every outline in your Traverse library remains editable, browsable, searchable, and exportable.
External OPML files return to read-only, and Pro-only actions return to their Free behaviour. Templates and Snippets remain visible, but applying them requires Pro.
Purchases and subscriptions
Pro access is handled through the App Store. Purchases are processed by Apple, and Traverse checks StoreKit to see whether a valid Pro purchase or subscription is active.
Restoring Pro
If Pro should already be active, open Settings > Pro and use Restore Purchases. Traverse will ask the App Store to refresh your current entitlements.
